Why Quotation and not a Direct Order?
The ordering process from the customer’s point of view is almost as simple as ordering directly from any e-shop, but due to the nature of signage products and specific requirements for their shipping the quotation is an important step between ordering and delivering the Bobcat signage you require.
Depending on the ordered products we will ask you several questions to make absolutely sure that we’re going to deliver the best and most suitable product you want. Questions will range from simple – such as specifying a motif for a custom banner – to a bit more complicated – such as type and dimensions of a flag pole – up to construction specific questions related for example to installation of Bobcat Totems or Building Logos.
Another important part of the quotation process is cost estimation of the shipping of your ordered signage. Based on the signage included in the quotation request the shipping method can change from a single packaged delivered by a mail to a fully loaded truck heading your way.
How does ordering process work?
As mentioned previously, the ordering process for Bobcat dealer signage is similar to regular order. It consists of 4 steps:
- Add selected items into your quotation cart .
Items you add to your quotation request have estimated prices listed, but due to the nature of these products the cost of each signage element can (and will) change in time. Prices listed on this website are indicative only. - Review your selection in the quotation request and fill-in your contact information.
Please be advised that because you are sending a quotation request your contact information is mandatory, including company details such as VAT number etc. - When the Graphic House agency receives your quotation request your quotation will be prepared and sent to you via e-mail as soon as all the necessary costs are verified and eventual additional questions that help specify the order better are answered.
- At the moment you agree with the price quotation your quotation request becomes an order and the production process starts.
- When the complete order is ready it will be shipped to your selected location with either Bobcat’s contacted shipping company or with other that is available at the time and for the size of shipment.
- After receiving the goods and the shipping cost is known you will receive also an invoice for this order.
What signage elements can be ordered?
Basically any item listed in the Bobcat’s Dealer Facility Branding Guide can be ordered. This website contains only the most ordered items and the list grows continuously. Do you keep items in stock?
Due to limitations of our facilities and dimensions of several signage products no Bobcat signage is kept in stock. All the signage is prepared and produced according to your specifications and requirements at the time you confirm your order by agreeing to the quotation submitted to you.
Is there any limitation for shipping signage items?
Due to limitations of available transport companies the Bobcat signage products can be shipped to European countries and to a limited extent to the Middle Eastern countries (depends on shipping costs). For Bobcat dealers from Africa only print-ready files for local production of Bobcat signage can be provided.
Is this an official Bobcat website?
Graphic House s.r.o. is a Doosan Bobcat EMEA Certified and Approved agency contracted to provide the Bobcat signage to Bobcat dealers.
